By mid-October the scaffolding has been almost completely removed from the hotel building and work continues on the facade of the 6th floor of the residential building. Landscaping works are taking place in the courtyard. The task of the builders is to complete all exterior work before the onset of cold weather. Electrical and thermal communications are being set up, and plastering work has begun at the entrances of both buildings.
