After a thorough inspection, which took the whole year, the Construction Inspection and State Consumer Rights Protection Authority made a conclusion that they didn’t have any remarks whatsoever. After this, the Registration centre assigned unique numbers to each apartment. It means, that our clients are able to sign not the preliminary, but already standard purchase contract confirmed by notary.

At the beginning of November, the percentage of the completed building was 80% – the roof is completed, the facades are insulated, reinforced and plastered, and at the moment the works continuing inside with the inner communications.
